The house was wonderful and just as we saw it in the photos. We stayed for 10 days and everything was very nice. The only issue we had was with one room that has the bunk bed that we couldn't use as adults, but Marilena brought us a spare foldable bed and all was good. We used the barbeque every day since there was a great meat place in pefcochori. Over all this was one of our best vacation despite the fear of covid.

Πολύ βολική θέση για τα πάντα. Η θάλασσα είναι δίπλα και φούρνος-σούπερ είναι δίπλα σου. Εξυπηρετικοί ιδιοκτήτες και το σπίτι ήταν πάντα πεντακάθαρο.

Είναι η δεύτερη φορά που ερχόμαστε στο villa sofias και για ακόμη μια φορά περάσαμε τέλεια. Ήμασταν και τυχεροί μιας και έγινε ανακίνηση στα μπάνια και στο σπίτι και ήταν εξαιρετικό! Τέλειο για την οικογένεια μας που θέλουμε τους παππούδες μαζί μας. Η θέση δεν το συζητώ, είναι το μεγαλύτερο πλεονέκτημα του σπιτιού!

We stayed in the house for 2 months with my family and the grandparents. The place was perfect since it is right by the sea and the grandparents could easily check on the kids. The house is very clean and organized and the owners came frequently for cleaning and changing the sheets-towels. The only bad thing was the awful storm that hit Chalkidiki and ruined so many houses. A tree fell on the roof f the house but fortunately none was inured. The owners called us right away and came first thing in the morning to check on us and the house. They helped us with cleaning the yard and even removed the tree the next day. We continued our vacation with no issues and it is a memory we will always remember.

Other than the terrible disaster the house and the owners where excellent and I highly recommend both the house and them.

Everything in the villa is perfect

Die Zimmer sind nicht besonders groß, aber das hat keineswegs gestört. Terrasse mit Meerblick, 5m zum Strand und die Villa war perfekt ausgestattet. Alles war da. Kommen gern wieder!

The house is at the greatest position! Clean, with all the equipment you may need to help you make your stay comfortable. Very kind hosts positive to anything we asked! Highly recommended also for familys. We will be back next year

Clean, well appointed, comfortable and well stocked! The owner was very helpful and accommodating. Beach across the street and many other beaches nearby. Very convenient to good restaurants and the town. Would consider staying here again!

The place was really beautiful! Just like a home magazine. Also the guys running the place where really helpful and polite. Very clean too. As for Pefkochori it was our first visit and we where a bit disappointed. A bit too crowded for our taste.

We especially liked the cleanliness of the house upon arrival, and the welcoming by the landlord.

Excellent location with a lovely view right next to the beach. The villa was very clean and cozy and the owners had thought of everything that the guests might need. We would definitely go back and highly recommend it!

The property is simply amazing! Newly refurbished, it is located only 10 stepa from the beach! It was ideally for me and my family. Highly recommended if you come with kids! There are also plenty of great restaurans nearby; as well as a few bars were you can relax and have a drink after a long day by the beach!

The house was great. It is about five meters from the beach ,that was very good for us because I could see the children from the balcony while they were swimming at the sea. The rooms was very clean and comfortable and we had plenty of space. We loved cooking at the kitchen that was fully equipped. Fillipos was very kind with us and he was ready to help us for everything we want.

The house is really nice and the rooms very clean. We are a family of 5 and a couple of grandparents and the house was more than enough for us. Even though we came out of season and there wasn’t many people around the village was very nice and the shops open. Also the sea in front of the house is stunning, with clear water and a big beach.

Your flexibility, as we arrived one day later because of the flight cancellation, your support to help us settle in, your responsiveness whenever we had a question. All these things made our stay the perfect relaxing holiday.

The villa is perfectly located, right on the beautiful beach, it is very very clean!! and nicely furnished. The kitchen is well equipped, there is air-conditioning to refresh whenever it gets too hot and last but not least, it was very pleasant to find all the amenities you need in the house, such as toilet paper, shower gel etc… for the entire duration or our stay. The towels and even the beach towels, that was perfect! and the beautiful garden is very well maintained.

There are excellent fish restaurants and gyros literally across the street and many little markets for everyday needs and fresh fruit and vegetables. We didn’t even need to rent a car!

So as a summary, I do not see anything you could improve at the villa or in your service. We’ve rarely come across such a high level in a vacation rental! I can warmly recommend your house with no hesitation.

Great house on a perfect location. Very clean right next to the beach. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Thank you guys and see you again.

Schon der Emailkontakt im Vorfeld war sehr angenehm und freundlich. Der Empfang vor Ort ebenso, genauso wie die Verabschiedung. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter mit Familie. Sehr entgegenkommend was An- und Abfahrtzeiten betraf. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet, alles sehr persönlich und gemütlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig.Die Küche hat wirklich alles was man benötigt, über Geschirrspülmaschine, großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Kaffeemaschine und vor Allem mit ausreichend Geschirr für 6 Personen, so dass man nicht schon nach dem Frühstück spülen muss. Auch Handtücher waren ausreichend vorhanden, so gar Strandlaken.Die Terrasse und der Garten sind ausreichend und sehr gepflegt mit Blick aufs Meer. Das Personal von dem angrenzenden Cafe und Restaurant war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend – haben uns Cappuccino am Regentag in die Wohnung geliefert. Im Ort gab es alles was man zum täglichen Leben braucht, sehr gute Bäckerei! Wir waren im Oktober dort und es hatten noch viele Geschäfte und Restaurant geöffnet.

Super Wasser, sehr gutes Essen, sehr sehr schönes Haus. Chalkidiki ist immer eine Reise wert! Das Wasser (Strand liegt 5 Meter vor dem Haus) ist kristallklar. Die jungen Vermieter sind super nett und erfüllen jeden Wunsch. Pefkohori ist mit Kindern ideal, da hauptsächlich Familien dort Urlaub machen.

Right on the beach, clean and very nice villa. All the bars and restaurants are really close and a convenient store is only fifty meters away. The owners are very polite, and even had some sweets and wine for us when we arrived! Great overall experience.

This was the second time we where going to Halkidiki and this house was perfect. The gentlemen that manage the house are very friendly and helpful. The house itself is right next to the sea and all the bars and restaurants are very close. Our family spent one of the best vacations at Villa Sofias. Thank you so much!!!!

The house is really nice and next to the sea, very spacious (we are a family of 6) and we equipped for someone to cook. The two boys managing the house where very polite and helpful. They welcomed us and helped us settle in and even gave us a brief “tour” of the village(where is the bakery, super market and such).  Thanks so much for this great experience! Definitely coming next year
