The house is only 15 meters away from the sea, with only the beach-line road between you and the crystal clear waters.

3 double beds & one bunk bed. Perfect for up to 8 people. Perfect for both families and friends.

Air Conditioned

Fully Air Conditioned with individual air conditioning unit in every bedroom (except bunk bed bedroom witch is equiped with a big fan) and one more unit for the living room.

Kitchen

A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, two fridges and an oven.

Bathrooms

Two bathrooms, one on each floor, fully renovated on 2021. Both bathrooms feature a big shower and comfy sink and toilet.

WiFi internet Access

50MBps Internet with WiFi access. Fully accessible from all the house rooms and the yard.

Flat Screen LCD TV

Every room is equipped with its own LCD TV and access to local channels while there is Netflix and cable-satellite channels for the living room tv.

Parking

Private parking spot inside the property for one car. One more spot is available in front of the parking entrance.

Barbecue

Big barbecue for making some great meals. Gas powered barbecue for healthy creations with great meat choices from the local shops for you and your family.

Airport Shuttle

Transportation from & to the airport services are provided, given a prior contact with us (extra charges apply).

The house is Located in the center of Pefkochori. All the shops, restaurants and beach bars are only minutes walking away.

Linens Provided

Everything you will need for your stay with us is provided. Face and body towels for the bathroom and a towel for the beach are included in our services.
